Kristen Spickard is an artist and graphic designer from Little Rock, Arkansas. She holds a BFA from the University of Central Arkansas, and an MFA from The Ohio State University. Through analog and alternative photographic processes, her work explores ideas about DIY culture and our relationship to the natural world. Her photographic images are often combined with hand-worked details such as sewing or hand coloring. In recent years she has exhibited her work at galleries including 211 South in Bentonville, The Galleries at Library Square in Little Rock, and at ASU Beebe.
